Shipping

Downloadable products are made available from the confirmation page immediately upon confirmation of receipt of payment. In some cases the download link is also included in the confirmation email sent to you. If you  ever have trouble accessing a downloable product you have purchased, email dfreeman@nissipub.com and we will send it to you.

We ship books primarily via US Mail and normally within 24 hours of receipt of order. Overseas book orders will incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you by email of those charges.

Our system sends email confirmation of orders and we normally follow up with shipping information when the products are shipped.

If you ever need to return something to us because of damage or because it doesn't meet expectations, contact us first so we will be watching for it. Give us a chance to replace it if that's desired. Any products that come with a money back guarantee will be cheerfully refunded in the form of reversal of the type of payment rendered.
